Weekly plus size outfits

Today I'm sharing the second week of the "What I Wore Last Week" series! You can view last week's outfits here if you missed them!  You can also search the blog by using the tag "What I Wore" to see all posts. My goal and hope for these weekly posts is to put all the shopping links in one place for each of you to make finding things easier! This week had me trying out an early Valentine's Day office look (with the best pants ever!) all the way to weekend comfy clothes to flip our house upside down to move the boys to new bedrooms.  Let's get started!

Transition Plus size outfit from winter to spring

I can't tell you how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE this cardigan!  It's a perfect weight to feel cozy and warm while letting me bring in some spring colors to my wardrobe.  We'll have winter temps and weather here for at least the next 6-8 weeks, if not longer, so this is the perfect transition piece!  It comes in 7 colors.  I now have 3, but want another 2.  This floral print shirt has the best smocked wrists and flows perfectly.  I'm wearing the sweater and the top in a 3x.  The skinny jeans are new(er) and less than $20.  I did size up to the 26 to allow enough room and I'm glad I did.  Finally, a good pair of light colored flats (especially ones with arch support and on sale for more than 50% off!) are shoes I will wear constantly as we start to transition to spring!

plus size office outfit or date night look

I tried out this office/date night look and got to mix a few new pieces into one snazzy little outfit.  I'm always between sizes in the pants I wear, but for these pants I went down to the 24 (the smaller of my 2 sizes) and I still had plenty of room!  So if you grab them, size down!  This sweater is still available in plus and regular sizes, but it's limited in number because it's on sale too.  If you're interested, grab it while you can!  My shoes are from last year, but this is the same shoe from this year (same color, brand, heel, etc - just a slightly different cut in the front).  If you want a more budget friendly option, you might try these.

Plus size pulled together lounge look

For this day, I was SO comfy, but looked pulled together like I could go just about anywhere (I did hit up Costco and Trader Joe's before the snow hit!)  Can you believe these are all comfy lounge clothes?!?  Joggers are last year, but this year's version is here (I wear the 3x).  My black crewneck top is perfect for layering as it's super soft, thin and stretchy (I wouldn't wear it alone, but love to layer with it!).  I often sleep in it too!  My gray duster is a few years old and was sold as "lounge" wear - but here is an almost identical version currently available.  My mules are sold out, but similar are available here!

Plus size athleisure graphic tee look

I've gotten so much wear out of these cranberry/burgundy color joggers this winter and I don't see that changing over the next few months.  I love how they add just a bit of color to my wardrobe, but they pair with all my neutrals effortlessly! I found a similar pair here (mine are currently sold out).  This is my favorite graphic tee of the moment!  On the back it says in white letters "All of us. As we are." It gives me such a great positive mood boost when I wear it - feels like I OWN the shirt and the phrase!  I wear an XL in the top.  Finally, taupe leather slip on shoes are also a winter to spring transitional option for me that I like to wear as the weather stays cold, but I need to start dressing like it's warmer.

Finally - the last outfit is from when we started the BIG move of switching up 3 out of the 4 bedrooms in our house to give the boys their own bedrooms.  We aren't there yet, but this day (and maybe this outfit) helped me get so much done on day 1.  I was comfortable the entire day and just love this color headed into spring.  For my sweatshirt (similar) - I sized up to a 4x for an oversized fit. In my black leggings, I wear a 3x.  These are my favorite budget friendly pair that I prefer to wear in the winter.  Finally, my white cap helps hide a didn't do my hair day and keeps it all under control!  Highly recommend!

Let me know if you have any questions! Enjoy the rest of your week!
