ORM Fall 2022 Style Capsule

The ORM Fall 22 Style Capsule opens Monday, October 3, 2022! 

This cohesive wardrobe capsule features size inclusive wardrobe pieces that create a 25 item fall ready, casual style wardrobe capsule.  In this capsule, you'll be given:

• 40 visual outfit layouts that s how you how to mix and match 25 capsule pieces to create your personal look.
• 20 outfits styled with accessories and specific style tips to help you learn how to complete each "look"!
• 2 capsule checklists: Closet Items  Checklist & Accessory Checklist to help you set up your fall capsule wardrobe with ease.
• Over 300+ size inclusive shopping links and resources that can be sorted by store type, brand, price point, capsule item and sizes offered (including plus, extended plus, wide width, extended shoe sizes, petite and tall sizes).
• 6 visual layouts of 25 item fall capsule wardrobes that use current "on trend" pieces in various color palettes. 
• An Alternate Style Guide that will help you consider how to use pieces in your current closet in new ways while incorporating fall trends!
• Visual color and pattern inspiration mood boards to help you visualize new wardrobe combinations.
  
• Suggestions and resources for size inclusive season appropriate outerwear.
• Access to the private ORMStyleGroup!

The emphasis of the ORM Style Capsules is to provide an inclusive style environment for women of all shapes and sizes with an emphasis on body positive style! My shopping moto: if I can find it in plus, I can find it in straight sizes!  

In addition to receiving the ORM Fall 22 Style Capsule, the visual layouts of mix-and-match outfits, and a list of shopping links - you will receive continuous access to the ORMStyleGroup on Facebook.  This is a private community that I lead for women that have purchased a style capsule beginning in March 2021 and after.  This style group will continue to exist and your membership does not expire!  The group is a WONDERFUL group of age and size diverse women committed to body positive style (no apologies or diet talk allowed!) Each member is there to support you in your style journey.  The community is successful because women continue to give more than they take. 

ORM Style Capsules are meant as an inspiration and a guide.  You can really work with what you have in your closet and maybe look out for a few special pieces along the way.  The important thing to remember is - there is NO need to be on a constant buying cycle once you start to understand and appreciate your personal style, how clothing fits, and learning how to style one piece in multiple ways. However, if you are someone that enjoys shopping and finding the new/trendy item - you have a home with us too!  The group has very diverse approaches on this and all are welcome!

There is no set schedule for when you wear the outfits. My hope is that you make them work for you and your life! Styled outfits will be titled "Look 1, Look 2" in the style guide. Each capsule includes closet staples where items from the previous ORM Style Capsules will be used (at least 50%) so you can carry over your wardrobe foundation pieces, avoiding the need to "restock" your wardrobe each season!

It is only $40 to buy the ORM Fall 22 Style Capsule!  My hope is that the capsules are an affordable and accessible resource for everyone.  With my encouragement to shop your closet, recommendations on how to consider different color palettes and emphasis on fit at ANY size - the goal is to make your current wardrobe stretch and work for you! Common stores I use to create capsules include: Madewell, Nordstrom, DSW, Target, Old Navy, Nordstrom Rack, Universal Standard, Walmart, LandsEnd, JCrew, JCrewFactory, etc.  As a plus size person, I'm used to doing almost all of my shopping online, so this capsule and corresponding documents will help you learn the ropes of looking online for options when stores aren't nearby or they don't offer your size in store.

You are encouraged to make substitutions and shop your closet when you can!  If you have pieces that work for you, make you feel great, and fit your personal capsule colors - then you should plan to wear them!  If you are like me and like to refresh your wardrobe each season with a few new pieces, then you can enjoy the time savings this style capsule will give you by having someone else (me!) do your shopping for you!  This approach saves your hundreds compared to working with a personal stylist! 

What if I need a different type of outfit or service beyond this capsule?
Future capsules will follow the trends of the season while continuing to incoporate timeless closet staples. There will also occasionally be style capsules specific to athleisure, vacation, swimwear, holidays and workwear.
