For this try-on round-up, I focused on pullovers and hoodies that would transition from winter to spring. There were some definite hits in the group - and also a few things I would change (noted below). Under each picture, I've noted size offerings, price, and color options. Other than the tops I'm trying on, I wore the same 3 additional clothing items: sports bra on sale for $13 wearing in 3x / Leggings - wearing in 4x - on sale for $15 / and Running Shoes - wearing in men's 8 / women's 10 regular width (no need for wide in these). I love these so much, I just ordered 2 more pairs! If you've been following along over on Instagram this last week, you've seen these 3 things linked in my stories - but in case you missed it, I thought I'd include them here too - as they are some of my favorites. Let's get started on today's try-on!
Reebok performance hoodies. Comes in 4 colors, size 1x-4x, only $17 full price. Oh, and THUMB HOLES! I swear, I get too excited about the simple things sometimes. This color gives me instant energy, even when I truly have none.
This hoodie runs large, I'm only wearing a 3x, and it feels a bit oversized. It comes in 4 colors and is on clearance right now for only $9! It comes size 0x-4x, but depending on your location, sizing might be limited. When I put in my zip code, I can see only 2 colors up to a 2x, but if I put in another nearby zip code, I can see 3 colors going up to 3x or 4x. For under $10, it may be worth it to check out your local area to see if any are still available!
This funnel neck top is super cozy and soft. It comes in 7 colors and is available in sizes 0x-4x. I'm wearing the 4x here - and although roomy, I am glad I tried it in my higher size because it would have clung and pulled in the smaller of my 2 sizes. It's on sale for only $10.
This cropped quarter zip hoodie was really really comfortable. It comes in 8 colors, is available in size XS-4X and felt nice and roomie. I think I might look at some of the brighter colors if I grab another one - especially now that they are on sale for under $18!
This quarter zip pullover was a fun one! It comes in 5 or 6 different colors (really fun ones like mint, yellow and coral!) and is available in sizes XS-4X. It's on sale for 30% off right now making it under $30. It had almost a terry cloth feel to it. It wasn't cozy fuzzy, just comfy. The best thing I can compare it to for fabric would be a landsend terry cloth swimsuit cover-up. I think this may work for people because I often get questions on how to layer - with fun spring colors - but not overheat!
I loved the color of this hoodie! It comes in 8 different colors, but this dusty blue was by far, my favorite. The material was stretchy athletic type material, but still very soft. It felt thin (no warmth factor at all if you're looking for that). It's available in sizes XS-4X and on sale this weekend for just $15.
This is another cropped hoodie, but this one felt like sweater material instead of sweatshirt. I was willing to try it, but I decided for me - when I feel like wearing a hoodie, I want to wear a sweatshirt. I have plenty of other sweaters! If you like the feel of a very light weight sweater, and you like the idea of something cropped (this one didn't go past my hips/butt) then this might be something to consider. It comes in sizes XS-4X and in 5 colors. It's on sale for under $18 right now too.
