What I Wore Last Week - January 27

Plus Size Shopping Plus Size Style WhatIWore

Today I'm going to start a new and hopefully fun series called "What I Wore Last Week".  You'll be able to search these on the blog under the tag "What I Wore" but also over on IG using the tag #ORMWhatIWore My goal will be to post this on Wednesdays (play on words to help me remember to post)!  In these posts, I'll share links to everything I wore the previous week that is currently available, and if it's no longer available, I'll share a similar item.  I'll be featuring plus sizes, but most if not all items are also available in straight sizes.  Like I always say, if I can find it in plus... then I promise it exists in straight size!

Let's get started reviewing my outfits from last week that included a work meeting, multiple snow days and plenty of work from home days.

Athletic Jacket  (with thumb holes!) available in 4 colors - wearing in a 3x (Similar plus option).  Joggers - wearing in an XL (But these are very similar and 1/4th of the cost - I have and love them too! I wear in a 3x in the second option.)  Striped shirt (no longer available) but a similar one is available here, I wear a 3x in this brand.  Vionic Slip On Shoes - a few years old, so no longer available, but similar ones by Earth shoes (which I also love!) here

Sweatshirt Dress - wearing an XL in the color deep sea.  Leggings, I'm wearing a pair that is no longer available, but these are similar and a great price point in comparison.  I wear a 3x in the linked option (please note, I only wear these under dresses, never alone).  The mules I'm wearing are no longer available, but I found a very similar pair here.  Earrings are Hammered Gold Hoops

My sweater is from Madewell and a few years old, but a similar color blocked option found here. I love this White Vest, wearing in a 3x.  You can usually grab this on vest on sale for $25 lately! It's a great buy!  Navy Leggings, wearing in 3x (and yes, I own almost every color of this budget friendly option).  Finally, mu Cognac Slippers are a few years old and no longer available, but an almost identical pair was released this year that are also extremely comfortable! I wear size 10 (my normal size).

You all know I love a good statement earring and I love these because they are metallic and have some texture.  I'm wearing in size large (I'd recommend medium or large). This White Crew Neck Tee I wear in an XL and love layering with it.  My bubblegum pink sweatshirt is a few years old, but this one is currently available in almost the exact same style.  I wear a 3x.  My Light Gray Joggers are a 3x, but go up to a 4x. I'm loving them as they are pure comfort!  My white slip on shoes from Vionic are a few years old, but this pair is almost identical (these are leather, so more all weather than my canvas ones).  I wear in a size 10.

This black cinch waist hooded jacket is one of my best budget friendly finds so far this year getting ready to head into spring.  I've since ordered it in the 2 other colors.  I'm wearing the 3x.  My striped sweatshirt is from Wal-Mart a few years ago, but they have these long sleeve tees that are similar and that are very comfy.  I size up in these to a 4x so that I get good butt coverage when wearing leggings.  My Teal Joggers are also Wal-Mart and I'm wearing the 3x.  My black Vionic slip ons are no longer available as they are a couple years old, but they came out with this casual slip on that would work very similarly and has great reviews.  I always wear a 10 in Vionics (my normal size).

Let's start at the top.  My favorite headbands come in so many styles and colors.  The one I'm wearing here is a few years old, but the new one released this year can be found here.  If you asked me to pick my favorite earrings right now, I couldn't do it - but I would rank these in my top 5 for sure!  Wearing in size large (I recommend medium or large).  This sweater  keeps coming in and out of stock, but at the current moment it is available in 3 colors.  I'm wearing the 3x.  I recently found these skinny jeans and liked them enough that I went back and ordered another color.  I'm wearing the light wash here in a size 26 (size up if between sizes).  I've been living in these loafers in both the taupe color (pictured here) and the black.  They are so comfortable and no break-in period - and TONS of arch support!

Starting with my jewelry, I can't get enough of this simple combo of a thick(er) chain necklace with hoop earrings.  If you've never ordered from Made by Mary before, feel free to use this link to save $10 on your first order.  I wear ONLY their necklaces, gold rings and own almost all of their earrings.  I can't speak highly enough about them! My Black Knit Moto Jacket is a bargain for under $30! I sized up to the 4x. My floral print top ran large and I size down to a 2x.  I love that I can wear this top with almost any color bottom!  My black jeans are ankle length and very comfortable.  I sized up to a 26. Wearing my black mules here again, but because my exact pair is no longer available, I thought I'd link this very budget friendly version

Alright - that's a wrap!  I'll see you next week with another round-up! Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.
